VOICES OF THE ELECTORATE is two one-hour programs focusing on topics of importance to African and Latino-American voters during the 1992 presidential election including jobs, education, and health care, produced in collaboration with the National Coalition on Black Voter Participation and the Hispanic Policy Development Project.
